Return Policy

At Furever Green ™, Nova Mile Trades Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this Return Policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Note: Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized products, are not eligible for return. See Section 4 below for more details.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at corp@novamile.ca within the return window.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

  3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label for qualifying cases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, contact us at corp@novamile.ca with details of your order and the desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 30 business days of delivery by emailing corp@novamile.ca.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for assessment.

  3. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact us at corp@novamile.ca.

9. Changes to This Return Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date."
